The following terms and conditions apply to all supplies from the webshop www.froks.dk. Conditions apply in cases where there is no other written agreement between the buyer and www.froks.dk
Payment of goods
www.froks.dk is open 24 hours a day. However, it may happen that we close the webshop for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the webshop is open and available.
To make a purchase on www.froks.dk you must be 18 years old and possess a valid credit card, which we accept.
You choose the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can right up until the time of order edit the contents of the shopping cart, and you can frequently check the contents and price of the goods.
Extra payments for shipping will be calculated just before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to purchase, click on the "payment", where you enter your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, payment method and choose the delivery form.
The money will only be deducted from your credit card before the purchase is completed.
- Receipt of order and order confirmation
Every time you order a product through www.froks.dk, we send an order confirmation to you by email.
- Delivery and transport
Delivery of goods from www.froks.dk is considered done when the customer has received the goods. All orders are sent by Post Nord, unless otherwise are agreed separately between the buyer and www.froks.dk. Orders are shipped within 3 days after receipt of order. Delivery may vary during busy periods.
- The risk for the goods
The risk of goods passes to the buyer when the withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt has expired. If the product is damaged or impaired after the buyer has received the goods, he retains the right to withdraw from the purchase if the damage is not due to negligence or lack of care on his part.
It is recommended to save the original packaging of the product for sending back the purchase.
- 14 days cancellation
When you shop online on www.froks.dk you have 14 days to regret your purchase. Your cancellation period runs from the day you received the order. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve the deadline is extended to the following business day. You must notify us that you regret your purchase within the 14 days and then return the order to us afterwards. Send an email to email@example.com with a brief explanation of your return, as well as your order number. Upon the acceptance of your cancellation please send the package back to us.
If you regret your purchase, the goods must be returned to Froks. We expect you to dispatch as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must return the goods within 14 days after your cancellation.
You must enclose the return card received in the order in the return package.
Please make sure that the goods are securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package/goods until we receive it. So keep postal receipt and possible tracking number just in case.
You must pay the cost of returning the goods when you regret a purchase.
When we receive the goods, we check it and you get a refund of the amount you have paid to us upon purchase.
The amount is always transferred to the same creditcard you paid the purchase with.
You can lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is impaired because:
-you have actually taken the goods in use,
-the has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
-you have handled the goods otherwise than was necessary to enable you to determine the nature, characteristics and the way they operate.
-you have removed price tags, info signs, etc.
-lack or damaged packaging.
- 2 year warranty
Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can either have a faulty product repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product.
You must contact us within "reasonable time"
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible, and within 2 months after the mistake was discovered.

When you return the product, please simultaneously as detailed as possible indicate what the problem is.
By justified complaint we will refund reasonable freight costs.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable freight charges to send the product back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all costs of transport, including freight costs for returning the item after study.
Remember that the product must always be in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment. You have the responsibility for the package/goods until it is delivered to us. So keep postal receipt incl. information on freight costs and tracking number.

Post Nord provides for shipments in Europe.
- Price and payment
On www.froks.dk is possible to pay with Dankort, Visadankort, Visa and Mastercard. All prices at www.froks.dk is incl. VAT.
- Law and Jurisdiction
Purchases of goods on www.froks.dk is subject to Danish law. Any dispute settled by the Danish courts.
- Privacy Act
In order to make a purchase on www.froks.dk you must state at least:
-Telephone / Mobile number
The above data is stored with information about the items you bought for 5 years from the end of the financial information relates, see. Bookkeeping Act § 10, after which data are deleted.
Information passed on or sold to third parties, except in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure of such a situation would be in accordance with the then-current privacy legislation.
